Q. Do I have to add VAT to your prices?
A. No. We are careful to restrict the number of weddings we attend. This allows us to ensure a consistently high quality of service to our clients. It also means there is no VAT to pay and the prices you see on our website are the prices you will pay.
Q. Do I get a copyright free disk of all my images with your packages?
A. Yes. All our wedding photography packages include a high resolution copyright free disc of all your images.
Q. How many photos will you take on my wedding day?
A. On average we take over 300 photographs. This will include a mixture of formal and relaxed images.
Q. How much are reprints?
A. Our reprint prices are: 6″x4″ = £4.50p, 7″x5″ = £10.00p, 8″x6″ = £15.00p, 10″x8″ = £20.00p. These prices are for matt or gloss finish in colour or black & white.
Q. Can I view my wedding images on the internet?
A. Yes. Our website hosts an online gallery which you can use to view and select all your images.
Q. Do you provide a photo list/guide?
A. Yes. You will be given a list/guide with your booking form. However we are happy to use your own list if you prefer to provide one yourself.
Q. What happens if the photographer is unwell on the day?
A. In the event of sickness we have a network of excellent photographers who are able to deputise, even at extremely short notice. We only ever work with photographers who share our values, and are able to provide the same, excellent quality photographers. By choosing us, you are in an extremely safe pair of hands.
Q. How much experience do you have?
A. We have been professional working photographers for over 20 years and have over 1000 satisfied wedding photography customers. We restrict the number of weddings we attend to ensure we can give the absolute best service to my clients.
Q. Do I have to pay a booking fee or deposit?
A. Yes. Because we only book one wedding on each date we require a booking fee of £200. This is non-refundable in the unlikely event of cancellation.
