Just got back from attending a lovely wedding at the Denham Grove Hotel Denham. De Vere Venues Denham Grove was both warm and welcoming. It’s setting in 42 acres of pristine parkland gives it an air of traditional tranquility. Once settled you can relax in the beautiful grounds or go and explore Bucks. It’s just to the Northwest of London, getting to it couldn’t be simpler with easy access via the M40 and M25. If you ever need a place to stay in Denham, this is the one!
Denham is a village and civil parish in the South Buckinghamshire district of Buckinghamshire, England. Denham also houses the Buckinghamshire Golf Club and Denham Film studios. Denham is in the north east of the District and much modern building has taken place here especially along the main Oxford Road and the North Orbital Road. Higher Denham, Denham Green, New Denham, Tatling End and Willowbank are all distinctive communities where new houses and shops grew up in the 1930s and 1950s. These were aided by rail services to and from London and by the establishment of the world famous Denham Film Studios. However, the original Denham Village survives as a peaceful and remarkably unspoiled area of historic buildings which are really nice to photograph.
About the Wedding
Everyone was really friendly and the staff couldn’t help enough with organising all the the big family group shots. I got a lovely mixture of relaxed captured and formal family photos. The light was great and the weather held out all day giving us some really lovely prints for the bride and groom.
